Author Guidelines
The Journal of Medical Association of Thailand strongly recommends to the authors of the manuscript to observe and follow the code on good publication practice produced by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the uniform requirements for manuscript and potential conflicts of interest reporting produced by ICMJE and the EQUATOR network resource centre for good research reporting.
Manuscript Preparation: The original typescript, on data file must be submitted, including copies of all illustrations, legends, and references. All must be typed single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end on 8½” x 11” (A4) white bond paper. Margins must be at least 1 inch. Only a word processor should be used. Metric measurements are to be used throughout the text and illustrative materials. Generic names for drugs are to be used. Correlation between Serum Fructosamine and Self- Monitoring Blood Glucose in Patients with Diet-Controlled Gestational Diabetes Mellitus
The serum fructosamine was very useful for monitoring dietary control of GDM in terms of drawing blood less frequently, convenient, and more economical. An optimal cutoff point for screening a poorly controlled GDM was 160 mol/L.

Enhancing Immunization Uptake for Influenza and Pertussis in Thai Pregnant Women through Educational Sessions
The maternal immunization with influenza and pertussis is an important strategy to protect their infants from vaccine-preventable disease. A major reason for vaccine hesitancy is concerns about vaccine side effects. The educational session appeared to increase vaccine uptake for influenza and pertussis among Thai pregnant women.
